Platform Architect – Employee Experience (SharePoint/Viva Suite, Workday)

About the role

The Platform Architect will lead the strategy and architecture of Coca-Cola HBC’s Employee Experience products, including the Employee Productivity Portal, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and employee listening solutions. You will define technology roadmaps, ensure alignment with business goals, and oversee the full product lifecycle from design through maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Digital Platform roadmap in partnership with the Product Manager and Enterprise Architecture.
• Design, build, and govern SharePoint and Viva Suite solutions that enhance employee engagement and collaboration.
• Lead platform architecture governance, evaluate vendor solutions, and ensure quality through testing, integration, and security.
• Collaborate with enterprise and downstream/upstream architects, manage vendor relationships, and support adoption across the organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Office productivity suite components (SharePoint, Yammer, Teams, Azure).
• At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience as a SharePoint architect, including modern SharePoint, global navigation, and hub structures.
• Experience driving large‑scale internal communication or digital employee experience initiatives.
