About the role

Workster is partnering with a global healthcare leader to hire a Portuguese‑speaking Medical Customer Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for consumers seeking support for a leading healthcare brand, providing empathetic assistance in both Portuguese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the brand’s face, handling inquiries, complaints and product‑related concerns.
• Use active listening and conversational leadership to understand and resolve consumer issues efficiently.
• Provide empathetic support for sensitive or complex cases.
• Develop deep knowledge of the product portfolio and consumer expectations across categories.
• Share ideas to improve service quality and contribute to team growth.
• Mentor colleagues and help build a supportive team environment.

Required profile

• Fluent in Portuguese (written and spoken) with a good command of English.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening.
• Previous experience in customer service or experience‑center environments is a plus.
• High school education or equivalent required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
