Product Marketing Manager

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager will shape the positioning, pricing and competitive differentiation of our access control solutions. Working closely with product management, sales and corporate marketing, you will translate product capabilities and market insights into clear messaging and effective go‑to‑market strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product positioning, value propositions and messaging for assigned access control products, ensuring consistency across campaigns, sales materials and digital channels.
• Track competitors’ features, pricing and strategies; create and update comparison matrices, battle cards and market reports.
• Monitor market pricing trends, support pricing strategy development and provide data‑driven pricing recommendations.
• Contribute to marketing plans, product launches and demand‑generation campaigns; produce content such as brochures, presentations, case studies and website copy.
• Collaborate with sales teams to create enablement materials, competitive guides and pricing tools; deliver internal training sessions.
• Track product‑related marketing performance, analyze campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution and revenue trends; assist with budget planning and spend monitoring.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with health, safety and environmental policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, manufacturing or security solutions.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with product, sales and marketing teams.
• Strong analytical mindset for competitive and pricing analysis.
• Experience creating sales enablement tools and delivering internal training.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
