Production Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a curious Production Engineer to join Televic’s manufacturing team in Tsaratsovo. You will help ensure the reliability of our communication systems for conference, education, healthcare and rail markets by improving production processes and supporting new product introductions.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues related to production technology, products and test systems.
• Analyze non‑conformities in the manufacturing process and implement corrective measures.
• Support daily assembly activities and drive efficiency improvements.
• Assist in preparing documentation for production and test‑process enhancements.
• Collaborate with local NPI teams to introduce new products.
• Organise training sessions to raise technical competencies of production staff.
• Coordinate with test engineers for software/hardware updates of test and programming systems.
• Ensure annual internal calibration of machines, tools and test equipment.

Required profile

• Technical university degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Professional experience in a similar manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Good level of English.
• Strong computer literacy and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
• Team player with effective communication skills.
