Proposal Manager – End-to-End RFP Execution

About the role

The Proposal Manager independently manages standard customer proposals and RFP responses, ensuring timely, compliant submissions that meet customer requirements and internal standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end proposal execution, coordinating inputs from Sales, Pricing, Contracts, and subject‑matter experts.
• Assemble proposal content using approved templates and libraries, addressing all customer requirements and evaluation criteria.
• Apply proposal processes, standards, and best practices to maintain quality, accuracy, and compliance.
• Utilize proposal management and document tools, maintaining accurate records and status updates.
• Communicate proactively with Sales and stakeholders throughout the proposal lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in proposal management or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage proposals or RFP responses end‑to‑end.
• Strong written communication and project management skills.
