Regional People & Culture Business Partner – German (DACH)

About the role

DXC Technology is seeking a Regional People & Culture Business Partner to support its DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) operations. The role will partner with managers and global P&C Business Partners to deliver HR programs, ensure compliance with local regulations, and drive talent initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers and global P&C Business Partners to execute HR programs on time and in compliance with local regulations.
• Manage relationships with business leaders and people managers, understanding their P&C challenges.
• Oversee local implementation of HR initiatives, providing advice and collaborating with managers.
• Lead P&C projects for the DACH region, managing project teams and monitoring progress.
• Advise on performance and talent management strategies, ensuring alignment with local laws.
• Collaborate on organisational changes and workforce planning with global partners.
• Monitor P&C KPIs, drive data‑driven decisions, and implement corrective actions for business risks.
• Facilitate conflict resolution, employee grievances, and operational employee‑relations matters.
• Serve as the single point of contact for global P&C partners on regulatory issues.
• Stay current on labour market trends, local regulations, and P&C best practices.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or extensive professional experience applying core People & Culture concepts.
• Proven experience in HR roles focused on delivering business results and partnering with leaders.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one P&C specialty, preferably talent and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with a data‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluency in English and German.
• Ability to facilitate conflict situations and support employee grievances.
• Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to new situations.
