Sales Development Representative with French and English

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads for our international clients. The role involves cold and warm calling, managing inbound inquiries and collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cold and warm calls according to campaign schedules to generate leads.
• Qualify, nurture and hand over leads to sales colleagues after thorough need analysis.
• Manage inbound responses via chat, phone and email, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
• Maintain and update lead pipelines, providing qualitative feedback to marketing.
• Document all campaign activities in the appropriate systems and keep information up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of B2B business experience, preferably in sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to execute inbound and outbound activities with a strong sales drive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French (C2) and very good English.
• Strong customer focus, active listening and ability to work independently while delivering results.
• Good IT and business software knowledge, with a collaborative mindset.
