Sales Development Specialist (Polish) – Remote (Bulgaria)

About the role

We are looking for a Polish‑speaking Sales Development Specialist to join a global customer‑experience company on a B2B project based in Bulgaria. The role is fully remote and focuses on generating new business opportunities, engaging prospects and supporting long‑term client relationships across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Conduct outbound calls to follow up on marketing campaigns, website inquiries, webinars and other inbound leads.
• Engage prospective customers to understand their business needs and present relevant solutions.
• Provide accurate product and service information while building strong customer relationships.
• Promote product adoption and help customers maximize the value of available solutions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and cross‑functional teams to improve customer experience and sales performance.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets using a consultative sales approach.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Polish and good command of English (written and spoken).
• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or sales, with a proven record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and customer‑oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
