Sales Representative – Cranial & Spine

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a Sales Representative for its Cranial & Spine portfolio in Sofia, Bulgaria. The role supports neurosurgeons, spine surgeons and hospital teams with innovative technologies, requiring frequent travel to customer sites and occasional regional trips.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue, market share and growth targets for the Cranial & Spine portfolio across Bulgaria.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans for hospitals, neurosurgery and spine centers, building relationships with surgeons, OR personnel and procurement teams.
• Provide product expertise, clinical education and procedural support in line with approved indications and local regulations.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, tender opportunities and reimbursement changes to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates and opportunity tracking within designated systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Medicine or a related field.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience managing customer relationships within hospitals or clinical environments.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout Bulgaria and provide on‑site customer and procedural support.
• Valid driving licence.
