Sales Representative – Phone & Email Sales

About the role

As a Sales Representative you will drive our sales efforts by communicating with potential customers via phone, email and text, understanding their needs and promoting our services.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to sell our services.
• Answer inbound calls, maximize each conversation and convert them into bookings.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide accurate information about our services to potential customers.
• Document interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven experience in phone sales.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Goal‑oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
• Highly motivated and results‑driven.
