Sales Specialist – Aviation MRO

About the role

ETG Maintenance is looking for a proactive Sales Specialist to expand revenue for its Base, Line, and Component maintenance services. You will combine technical aviation knowledge with commercial execution to identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and secure high‑value MRO agreements.

Key responsibilities

• Target, pitch, and secure new client accounts (airlines, lessors, operators) across designated markets.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities within existing accounts to grow the service portfolio.
• Draft, negotiate, and manage MRO service agreements with support from commercial and legal teams.
• Accompany commercial leadership on client visits and high‑level contract negotiations.
• Serve as the primary commercial liaison between technical teams, operations, and clients to ensure seamless contract execution and profitability.

Required profile

• Degree in Aviation Management, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of commercial sales or business development experience in an aviation MRO environment.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and contract negotiation within civil aviation.
• Solid understanding of civil aviation regulations, EASA/FAA standards, and technical documentation.
• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with standard CRM software.
