Senior Fullstack Engineer

About the role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at OAG you will own feature development from concept through production, collaborating closely with Product and Design. You will build customer‑facing experiences and the backend systems that power OAG’s travel intelligence platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end feature delivery, including problem shaping, implementation, testing, release and enhancements.
• Design and develop front‑end interfaces (React, TypeScript) and backend services (C#/.NET) together with data models.
• Evolve core and intelligence platform architecture for scalability, reliability and sustainability.
• Lead technical decisions, define engineering strategy and balance innovation with pragmatism.
• Build platform capabilities such as authentication, entitlements, billing integrations and usage management.
• Integrate AI models, data pipelines and event‑driven systems on Databricks and Snowflake.
• Maintain code quality through reviews, automated testing, observability and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers, helping them grow their skills.

Required profile

• Extensive full‑stack experience delivering production‑grade systems.
• Strong front‑end expertise with React and TypeScript and a passion for great web interfaces.
• Proficiency in C# (or comparable object‑oriented language) across the full stack.
• Solid understanding of system design for scalability, reliability and security.
• Experience with CI/CD, automated testing and DevOps practices.
• Comfort working with relational and NoSQL databases at scale.
• Proven ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.
• Clear communicator who works directly with Product and Design.
