Senior Legal Adviser

About the role

Groupama Group is seeking a motivated Senior Legal Adviser to join its insurance operations in Sofia. You will provide legal and compliance support for a wide range of insurance products and ensure adherence to industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and advise on insurance product documentation for legal and compliance compliance.
• Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts, including outsourcing, ICT third‑party, and partnership agreements.
• Manage DORA compliance requirements and maintain the Information Register for ICT service providers.
• Provide legal opinions on regulatory, data protection, and insurance law matters.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
• Monitor legislative changes and represent Groupama before regulatory authorities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law with a legal capacity certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
• Strong interest in continuous learning and professional development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
