About the role

The Senior Project Coordinator will lead the delivery of complex activities and projects, ensuring they meet objectives, timelines, quality standards and governance requirements. Working independently, the role supports team goals while providing informal leadership to junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex project delivery with minimal supervision, aligning work with strategic objectives.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert, offering technical support for intricate client requirements.
• Analyse and resolve complex issues, proactively identifying process improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and geographies, managing expectations and negotiating solutions.
• Provide informal guidance and knowledge sharing to junior team members.
• Ensure high‑quality, efficient delivery through strong planning, coordination and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of senior‑level experience coordinating and supervising daily activities of a small team.
• Proven ability to set priorities, support team members and drive project outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across multiple regions.
