Service Sales Engineer

About the role

ABB is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to drive service sales processes for Motion products across Bulgaria. The role focuses on the installed base, promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value‑add solutions while building long‑term customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Penetrate the installed base, promote upgrades, retrofits and value‑add solutions.
• Develop and execute sales plans, adjust pricing strategies and propose recovery plans as needed.
• Execute workshop orders, provide onsite service, commissioning and preventive maintenance of drives.
• Prepare comprehensive service reports documenting findings, recommendations and actions taken.

Required profile

• Sound knowledge of industrial automation products – drives, motors, PLCs and instrumentation.
• Ability to develop and manage customer relationships with strong communication skills.
• Fluent in English and Bulgarian; electrical, mechanical or automation engineering background.
• Willingness to travel and hold a clean driving licence.
