ServiceNow Administrator

About the role

A1 Bulgaria is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join its digital solutions team. You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the ServiceNow platform that supports millions of corporate, public and private customers.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure and support ServiceNow modules such as incident, request, problem, change, CMDB and knowledge base.
• Perform regular platform maintenance, including patching, vulnerability management and coordinated releases.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, resolve incidents and conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring problems.
• Monitor platform health, performance and security, managing user access, roles and permissions.
• Assist in testing, deploying new functionalities, integrations and releases, and liaise with ServiceNow support for escalations.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Administrator and support engineer.
• Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
• Experience configuring ServiceNow, including patch, vulnerability and release activities in collaboration with development teams.
• Good grasp of ServiceNow security model and access controls.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear communication and documentation skills within ServiceNow (knowledge base, internal tools).
