Services Project Manager II

About the role

UKG is looking for a Services Project Manager II to lead end‑to‑end delivery of payroll transformation projects. You will guide customers through the UKG methodology, ensuring successful implementation and a first‑class onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create and execute comprehensive project delivery plans following UKG methodology.
• Manage project timelines, RAID logs, dependencies and documentation while coordinating internal and external resources.
• Oversee payroll setup activities, including discovery, implementation, parallel runs, go‑live and operational handover.
• Maintain customer experience throughout onboarding and ensure all deliverables meet agreed exit criteria.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project management experience in a commercial environment.
• Project Management certification and strong knowledge of PM principles, tools and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead business transformation projects and deliver excellent customer service.
