Services Project Manager II – North America (Bilingual)

About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead customer‑facing software implementations for North American clients. The role requires bilingual communication in English and French and working hours aligned with Bulgaria time (15:00–23:00) to support Eastern Standard Time.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and customer‑facing calls, introduce teams, and define project cadence.
• Develop and execute customer communication plans and document success criteria.
• Ensure adherence to UKG implementation methodology and manage project infrastructure (plans, issue lists, schedules).
• Prepare project resources with clear requirements, roles, and success criteria.
• Forecast timelines, allocate resources, and manage scope to maximize customer value and revenue.
• Maintain project documentation, communicate status updates to teams, customers, and executives.
• Resolve project and process issues collaboratively and drive projects to successful completion.

Required profile

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, HRMS, Payroll, or Time & Labor Management.
• Strong organizational, time‑management, communication, and consulting skills.
• Leadership ability to collaborate with project teams and customers.
• Comfort with ambiguity and evolving requirements.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Willingness to work 15:00–23:00 Bulgaria time to support North American EST business hours.
