About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a Solutions Consultant supporting Slovak‑ and English‑speaking users of the world’s largest search engine. Based in Sofia, the role offers full relocation assistance and a dynamic environment focused on delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support across phone, email and chat while maintaining high customer‑satisfaction scores.
• Utilise CRM, ticketing systems and other service tools efficiently to resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs.
• Meet performance targets for call handling time, first‑call resolution and satisfaction metrics.
• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent Slovak and English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, active listening and problem‑solving orientation.
• Ability to follow structured guides and processes, adapt quickly and learn new technologies.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused and able to maintain composure under pressure.
