About the role

Join TELUS Digital in Sofia as a Solutions Consultant supporting Slovak‑speaking customers in English. You will help users maximize their experience with the world’s biggest search engine while receiving comprehensive training and relocation assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional support for products and services, maintaining a high customer satisfaction rate.
• Utilize CRM and ticketing systems to address customer needs across phone, email and chat channels.
• Resolve inquiries within agreed SLAs and meet performance goals for call handling, first‑call resolution and satisfaction scores.
• Collaborate with teammates, share best practices and contribute to the knowledge base.

Required profile

• Fluent in Slovak and English with strong communication abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation, active listening and problem‑solving skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to follow structured processes.
