Sr Account Manager (Top Accounts)

About the role

As a Senior Account Manager for top accounts, you will act as the main liaison between Glovo and its most important partners, including leading brands, stores and restaurants. You will drive growth through strategic collaboration, data‑driven insights and tailored promotional activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Glovo’s top partners across Bulgaria.
• Identify partner needs, conduct regular business reviews and develop joint growth plans.
• Design and execute promotional and marketing activations to improve menu performance, average order value and conversion rates.
• Onboard new high‑value partners, providing tools and information for a smooth launch.
• Monitor partner KPIs, analyse performance data and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and partner use.
• Collect partner feedback and translate it into product, marketing and operational improvements.
• Lead commercial renegotiations and support deal closures alongside the sales team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and participate in rotational projects across the business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in fast‑paced environments such as start‑ups, FMCG, retail, telecom or food‑hospitality.
• University degree from a recognised institution; high academic achievement is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, food‑hospitality or on‑demand delivery is advantageous.
• Strong business acumen with a proven ability to understand partner business models and revenue drivers.
• Demonstrated success in partner collaboration and strategic initiative alignment for at least 3 years.
