Supply Chain Executive

About the role

Hayat, a global FMCG leader, is looking for a Supply Chain Executive to join its Supply Chain team in Varna, Bulgaria. The role will support transformative projects within the Consumer Group and ensure safe, efficient operations across the company’s facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure supply chain operation throughout all facilities.
• Coordinate, support and manage supply chain and logistics operations for multiple business divisions.
• Oversee customer service activities and manage the planning team, driving continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Manage 3PL performance, track KPIs, and resolve issues.
• Lead S&OP process implementation and collaborate with Sales and Marketing to integrate market intelligence into demand and supply plans.
• Improve forecast assumptions, conduct root‑cause analysis of deviations, and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Manage total inventory of finished products, including phase‑in/phase‑out activities for new or delisted items.
• Represent supply chain in new product and category introductions and maintain communication with internal and external partners.
• Establish annual service and cost targets, focusing on year‑over‑year cost reduction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain, logistics or related functions within a FMCG environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to drive process improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with sales, marketing and operations teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet KPI targets.
