Supply Chain Executive (Varna)

About the role

Hayat is looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to join its dynamic Supply Chain team in Varna, Bulgaria. The role will support transformative projects within the Consumer Group and help ensure safe, efficient, and cost‑effective supply chain operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure Supply Chain operation throughout the company facilities.
• Coordinate, support and manage the entity’s Supply Chain & Logistics Operations for multiple business divisions.
• Oversee customer service activities and manage the planning team to drive continuous improvement.
• Manage 3PL performance, track KPIs and resolve issues.
• Lead S&OP process implementation and collaborate with Sales & Marketing on demand‑supply planning.
• Improve forecast assumptions, conduct root‑cause analysis and monitor forecast accuracy.
• Manage total inventory of finished products, including phase‑in/phase‑out activities.
• Represent Supply Chain in new product and category introductions.
• Establish annual service and cost targets, focusing on year‑over‑year cost reduction.
• Control OPEX within budget limits and ensure warehouse operations efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Demand Planning, Warehouse Management or Supply Planning.
• University degree in a business‑related field or engineering (e.g., Industrial/Business Engineering, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, economics).
• Fluent Bulgarian (native or advanced) and advanced English; Turkish knowledge is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the FMCG sector, preferably with a multinational company.

Required skills

• Advanced MS Office, especially Excel.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems (SAP, SAP S/4HANA).
• Familiarity with planning/APS tools.
