Talent Marketing Specialist

About the role

As a Talent Marketing Specialist you will shape how candidates and employees experience SoftServe, from the first point of contact through their entire journey. You will bring the employer brand to life through events, community meet‑ups, and EVP activations that reinforce the company’s culture and values.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver external events, workshops, meet‑ups and sponsorships that build brand awareness and strengthen priority talent pools.
• Organise corporate events such as town halls and celebrations to boost employee engagement and reinforce SoftServe’s culture.
• Adapt and execute global EVP‑aligned programs for the local market while ensuring brand consistency across messaging, visuals and tone of voice.
• Track event and program performance, gather feedback and translate insights into practical improvements.
• Collaborate with the Global Employer Brand Center of Excellence, local People Lead, Legal, Data Privacy, Content and Communications teams, as well as external partners including event agencies and venue providers.
• Introduce fresh ideas, test new formats and create experiences that feel relevant and distinctly SoftServe.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of event management experience, preferably in technology companies.
• Strong understanding of brand guidelines, tone of voice, EVP activation and visual consistency.
• Proven ability to adapt global employer brand initiatives to local market and cultural contexts.
• Excellent planning, organisation, prioritisation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Required skills

• HubSpot platform experience.
• Familiarity with Sapiens (a plus).
