Team Lead – German Speaking Customer Advisors

About the role

Accenture is looking for a Team Lead to manage and motivate a group of German‑speaking customer advisors. You will ensure compliance with company policies, drive performance against KPIs and support the team in achieving strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach and motivate a team of customer advisors, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
• Act as an escalation point for client and team issues and conduct performance reviews.
• Monitor real‑time activity, agent productivity and assist in operational planning.
• Communicate strategy requirements in briefings and team meetings.
• Run NPS analysis, report KPI gaps and address compliance or performance issues.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in German (B2) and intermediate proficiency in English.
• Strong time‑management skills and ability to present value‑added solutions.
• Experience working in a multi‑system environment and knowledge of management methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to interact at all management levels.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of customer service software.
• Experience with databases.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
