About the role

The International Rescue Committee is seeking a Technical Lead to provide strategic direction and quality assurance for the DELIVER program, a three‑year global initiative focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) and gender‑based violence (GBV) services in humanitarian emergencies.

Key responsibilities

Provide overall technical direction for SRHR and GBV programming across all DELIVER country programs.
Ensure alignment with global humanitarian standards, including the Minimum Initial Services Package (MISP) and Interagency Minimum Standards for GBV.
Lead the adaptation and contextualisation of IRC’s SRHR and GBV integration models for local service delivery points.
Collaborate with country program technical teams, regional health and protection advisors, and external partners, including women‑led organisations.
Drive continuous quality improvement and generate evidence and learning to advance the field.
