Technical Solutions Engineer

About the role

Graphwise is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to act as a trusted technical partner for enterprise customers. In this hands‑on role you will troubleshoot complex implementation and production challenges, work closely with engineering and product teams, and help customers adopt AI‑driven knowledge graph solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and their engineering teams to resolve implementation, integration, and adoption issues, providing code, scripts, API, and configuration support.
• Partner with Solution Architects during engagements to validate designs, address technical obstacles, and deliver deep product expertise.
• Investigate complex issues across applications, infrastructure, integrations, and cloud environments by analyzing logs, metrics, and system behavior.
• Support deployments, upgrades, migrations, and production roll‑outs, ensuring smooth progress and issue resolution.
• Work with Product Engineering to translate customer problems into clear technical findings and contribute to product improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for troubleshooting distributed systems.
• Excellent communication skills to work directly with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to reproduce customer environments and identify root causes across multiple technology layers.

Required skills

• Experience with APIs and API integration.
• Knowledge of cloud environments and infrastructure components.
• Understanding of distributed systems and large‑scale deployments.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding for automation and debugging.
