Technical Support Advisor (Polish)

About the role

We are seeking a Polish‑speaking Technical Support Advisor to join a leading international healthcare company’s customer support team based in Bulgaria. The position is fully remote and involves assisting users of medical devices, ensuring smooth operation, rapid issue resolution, and high‑quality service throughout the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support for customers operating medical devices, diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware or software issues.
• Explain product functionality, usage guidelines, and best practices to end‑users in Polish and English.
• Coordinate repair, maintenance, or replacement processes with internal teams and external service providers.
• Document all support interactions accurately in the company’s ticketing system, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Follow established support procedures and contribute to continuous improvement of support documentation.

Required profile

• Polish language proficiency at C2 level and English at C1 level.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated customer service experience and ability to handle complaints professionally.
