Technical Writer – Documentation Specialist

About the role

Graphwise is seeking a Technical Writer to join its product development team in Sofia. You will work closely with engineers, product managers and domain experts to create and maintain documentation that evolves with the platform’s AI‑driven data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, maintain and improve high‑quality technical documentation, including deployment guides, reference manuals, technical articles and tutorials.
• Collaborate as an embedded member of the product team, following the same development workflows and tools used by engineers.
• Research new product features, understand technical details and determine required documentation before release.
• Structure content for easy discovery, navigation and maintenance across diverse audiences such as developers, administrators, knowledge engineers and data scientists.
• Continuously review and update existing documentation to keep it accurate and aligned with product changes.
• Explore modern documentation practices, including AI‑assisted authoring tools, to improve quality and efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience writing and editing technical documentation for software products (e.g., deployment guides, tutorials, API docs, developer blogs, technical reports).
• Excellent written English with strong attention to detail and ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive attitude, able to follow product development cycles and deliver documentation on schedule.
