Training & Quality Lead

About the role

The Training & Quality Lead will drive team excellence by designing, delivering, and managing comprehensive training programs. Working closely with the Team Manager, you will foster a culture of continuous learning and support performance management through quality oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop training programs aligned with client guidelines and best practices.
• Deliver engaging onboarding and ongoing training sessions for new and existing team members.
• Conduct one‑on‑one coaching and mentoring to support individual development.
• Identify skill gaps and create targeted training solutions.
• Audit a percentage of team member cases, complete quality review forms, and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and report updates to the Team Manager.
• Collaborate with the Team Manager to determine training and performance needs.
• Maintain ownership of the training and quality function within TELUS Digital.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months tenure in the company if applying internally, with manager approval.
• C1 proficiency in English and German.
• Proven experience in training delivery or instructional design.
• Strong communication, presentation, listening, and empathy skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time‑management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment while maintaining confidentiality.
