Travel Support Representative (Bulgarian & English)

About the role

Join a leading global travel marketplace as a Travel Support Representative, providing high‑touch assistance to travelers worldwide. You will handle inquiries related to flights, hotels, car rentals and other travel services, ensuring a smooth experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via inbound/outbound calls, email and chat.
• Answer queries, resolve issues and demonstrate empathy throughout each interaction.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of travel products and services.
• Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
• Track, document and retrieve information in the call‑tracking database.

Required profile

• Fluent in Bulgarian (written and verbal) with a working level of English.
• High school diploma; 3‑6 months of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong computer navigation, keyboarding and internet‑surfing skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly to changes and tolerate repetitive work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team player with a flexible attitude toward shift rotation.
