Turkish-Speaking Customer Success Specialist (Social Media)

About the role

Join a dynamic customer success team supporting Turkish‑speaking users through social media channels for an international brand. You will handle enquiries, resolve issues and help create a positive experience for the market.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality support via direct messages, comments and other digital channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries in Turkish promptly and professionally.
• Assist with account questions, product information and platform navigation.
• Manage feedback, complaints and sensitive cases with empathy.
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams and record interactions in the system.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Turkish and good command of English.
• Previous experience in customer service, social media moderation or a contact‑centre environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Proficient use of social media platforms and digital communication tools.
• Excellent written communication with a keen sense of tone.
• Good computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
