Web User Acquisition Manager

About the role

ExWo is building a global digital platform focused on fairness, simplicity, and radical transparency. The Web User Acquisition Manager will help put users first by driving high‑performing advertising campaigns and expanding the company’s presence in the North American gambling market.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external design teams to create engaging advertising creatives.
• Drive innovative marketing initiatives and coordinate with stakeholders for successful execution.
• Execute, optimize, analyze, and report on digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Develop expertise in the North American gambling market while working with a cross‑functional team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in web user acquisition.
• Proficiency with GA4, including event setup, custom reports, and troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Proven track record of performance‑marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
