About the role
Accenture is looking for a bilingual B2B Customer Support professional to join its Sofia team. You will handle inbound and outbound communications with corporate clients, ensuring service level agreements are met and issues are resolved efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Perform outbound and inbound customer communications in German (and French as required).
- Interact with clients through phone, email and chat, following detailed company procedures.
- Utilize third‑party services to deliver the agreed‑upon support.
- Escalate potential SLA breaches according to established rules.
- Resolve complaints and escalations promptly.
- Maintain accurate records in program databases.
- Identify and forward data or program issues to management.
- Support multiple programs and collaborate across functions.
Required profile
- At least 12 months of customer service experience in a contact‑center environment.
- Fluency in English and German (French also mentioned).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Result‑driven with an action‑oriented mindset.
