Finance Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Finance Controller who will act as a Finance Operator, turning our chaotic financial environment into a streamlined, automated system. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will own cash‑flow execution, treasury oversight and the implementation of SOPs across multiple entities.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily cash cycle and treasury across several entities, managing high‑volume USD revenue flows and corporate card funding for ad spend.
• Build and maintain live cash‑visibility dashboards for the executive team.
• Transition payment infrastructure to fully automated processes and create SOPs for all finance operations.
• Lead finance operations team and external partners, ensuring Xero data is clean and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• 5+ years in finance operations, treasury or senior finance execution within high‑transaction, multi‑currency businesses.
• Proven track record of building repeatable processes and automations rather than manual fixes.
• Experience leading finance teams or managing external bookkeeping firms.
• Comfort operating in fast‑moving, remote‑first environments with multiple legal entities.

Required skills

• Strong working knowledge of Xero.
• Experience with Wise, Whop and corporate card platforms such as Pleo or Qashio.
