Sales Operations Analyst (German speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Bulgaria. The role focuses on contract administration, order processing, invoicing and customer care, ensuring smooth operations across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle cases related to contract management, order processing, invoicing, cancellations and customer care.
• Manage contractual agreements and verify compliance with terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve contract‑related inquiries.
• Support invoicing and credit processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Oversee cancellation and retention activities, addressing customer complaints effectively.
• Participate in discussions on new product introductions and integration into standard processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email and chat channels.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in German (minimum B2) and good command of English.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, back‑office processing or sales operations.
• Strong judgment, decision‑making ability and professional appearance.
• Adaptable, results‑driven, collaborative and able to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with high patience levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using call‑center software.
