Talent Acquisition Consultant – Sales & Commercial (EMEA)

About the role

Cargill is seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to lead full‑cycle recruiting for Sales and Commercial positions across the EMEA region. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution to attract top talent while enhancing the employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies based on market trends, competitive intelligence, and technology tools.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and compliance documentation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, assess candidates, and provide data‑driven hiring recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidate networks.
• Ensure all recruiting activities comply with legal standards and internal policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruiting experience (typically 3 + years).
• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, especially for sales and commercial roles.
• Fluent in English; additional European language preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
