Junior Executive – Support CEO & Drive Business Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Executive to work directly with our CEO, providing comprehensive administrative and analytical support. You will help shape processes, conduct research, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full‑time support to the CEO, handling calendar management, correspondence, and meeting preparation.
• Collect, analyse, and interpret data to produce actionable insights and recommendations.
• Ensure operational processes follow established guidelines and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Assist in negotiations with key customers and suppliers, maintaining a proactive stance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional projects, ensuring accurate reporting and timely delivery.
• Review financial statements to spot risks and profit‑enhancing opportunities.
• Promote a positive corporate image and reinforce brand reputation.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with a commercial orientation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Independent, results‑driven, and ethically grounded.
