Implementation Administrator

About the role

Perkbox is looking for an Implementation Administrator to join its Bulgaria team. You will support client onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring a smooth experience from setup to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client enquiries via Intercom, providing timely and professional support.
• Process amendments, limit changes, and updates to existing client programmes.
• Coordinate implementation tasks, track progress and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in troubleshooting platform or implementation‑related issues and flag potential risks.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, coordination, customer support or implementation support role.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Intercom for client communication.
• Confidence using web‑based platforms, systems and online software.

What we offer

• Hybrid work mode – two days per week in the Plovdiv office.
• Gross annual salary of €15,000.
