Business Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a curious and analytical Business Analyst to join our global team. You will support key business decisions by turning data into actionable insights and help improve the efficiency of our data operations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data, monitor data quality, and resolve anomalies using BI tools and SQL.
• Respond to client and internal queries, attend daily stand‑ups, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
• Identify automation opportunities, contribute to process documentation, and support strategic workflow projects.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, technical and business teams, and own sub‑projects across global teams.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in data operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• SQL
• Data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
