Business Process Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to join our dynamic team in Sofia. You will help clients improve their operations by designing and implementing ServiceNow‑based solutions that support digital transformation across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse customer requirements, current processes, tools and operating models.
• Support governance and design of service‑management improvements.
• Explain ServiceNow capabilities and align them with business objectives.
• Implement and configure ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management, IT Operations Management, Cloud Automation and DevOps.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful delivery and adoption of solutions.

Required profile

• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
