Commercial Account Manager (Enterprise B2B Software)

About the role

Balkan Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Account Manager to act as the trusted commercial partner for a portfolio of prospective and existing enterprise clients. You will help organisations identify opportunities to optimise, digitalise, and grow their business through enterprise software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and build a sustainable portfolio of enterprise B2B clients.
• Manage the full commercial lifecycle for software licensing, professional services and enterprise solutions.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key customers, strategic partners and technology vendors.
• Understand client business challenges and recommend solutions that support strategic objectives.
• Coordinate with consulting and delivery teams to create commercially successful engagements.
• Prepare accurate commercial proposals, contracts and licensing documentation.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline and customer information in the CRM system.
• Represent Balkan Services at customer meetings, business events, conferences and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably within the IT or business software industry.
• Proven success selling to enterprise or corporate environments.
• Strong understanding of the IT industry and experience with enterprise software solutions such as ERP, BI, Cloud or Data platforms.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers, partners and internal colleagues.
