Data Management and Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Data Management and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sofia. In this role you will shape data strategy, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement data management frameworks that guarantee accuracy, consistency, and availability of information across the organisation.
• Analyse complex data sets to extract insights and produce evidence‑based recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define data requirements and build analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Enforce data governance policies and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and visualisations for stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics tools to automate and optimise business processes.
• Monitor emerging trends in data management and recommend new tools or practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in data management, analysis, and business intelligence.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and data protection regulations.
