DevOps Engineer – CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, GCP

About the role

Join an international team of experts delivering technology services across Europe and the US. As a DevOps Engineer you will shape the CI/CD landscape, ensure secure cloud operations and support data‑driven solutions for a leading ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with automated testing, static code analysis (SonarQube) and quality checks.
• Build and manage containerised applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments with Kubernetes.
• Implement job orchestration and workflow automation in Databricks.
• Establish monitoring, logging and alerting systems to track performance, health and security metrics.
• Embed security best practices and GDPR compliance throughout the development lifecycle, including secrets management and access control.
• Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform for performance, cost‑efficiency and scalability.
• Collaborate with development, operations and security teams to promote a DevOps culture and share technical expertise.

Required profile

• Proven ability to communicate with and manage stakeholders.
• Good understanding of data‑related disciplines such as data engineering or analytics.
• Capability to translate business requirements into data‑driven solutions.
• Enthusiasm for collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
• Very good English skills; German is a plus.
