Forecasting Enablement Lead

About the role

As the Forecasting Enablement Lead, you will drive the adoption and continuous improvement of AI‑powered forecasting across Danfoss Climate Solutions. You will act as the bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring that AI forecasting is trusted, understood, and embedded in everyday decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout, adoption and ongoing optimisation of AI‑enabled forecasting across supply chain, finance and sales functions.
• Translate business forecasting needs into practical solutions, operating models and improvement opportunities.
• Deliver user enablement through training, workshops, communication and ongoing support.
• Monitor forecasting performance, user adoption and business feedback to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and business leaders to ensure solutions solve real challenges and deliver measurable impact.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting, S&OP, supply‑chain or commercial planning.
• Proven track record of rolling out digital products, analytics solutions or business‑process improvements.
• Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Good understanding of forecasting concepts, data‑driven decision‑making and related business processes.
• Fluent English with a structured, proactive and business‑oriented approach.
