Full‑Stack Developer (React/Node.js)

About the role

DC Byte is looking for a talented Developer to join its Bulgaria team. You will help build and enhance a technology‑led platform that provides real‑time market data and intelligence for the global data‑centre sector.

Key responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable JavaScript/TypeScript code using React, Node.js and GraphQL.
• Develop new features, fix bugs, and evolve data models with migrations in PostgreSQL.
• Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback.
• Write unit, integration and end‑to‑end tests with Jest, React Testing Library and Cypress.
• Debug and perform automated testing to ensure high code quality and minimise regressions.
• Collaborate on feature design and prototyping, aligning with system architecture.
• Work within a Scrum environment and use AI coding assistants responsibly.

Required profile

• Proven experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js, GraphQL and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
• Hands‑on experience building complex, stateful interfaces (forms, validation, optimistic updates, real‑time data).
• Ability to design data models from scratch and evolve them through migrations.
• Experience writing meaningful tests that catch regressions.
• Comfortable working in a Scrum team and using AI coding assistants as a drafting tool.
• Proficient in English (B1‑B2 level).
