About the role

Join TELUS Digital Bulgaria as a German‑speaking Customer Experience (CX) Specialist. You will work in a dynamic call‑center environment, providing multilingual support to customers while enjoying full relocation assistance and a supportive international team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service through phone, email, chat, and ticket channels.
• Identify and assess customer needs to ensure high satisfaction.
• Provide product support, troubleshooting, and general inquiries in both German and English.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience that aligns with client procedures.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Motivation to work in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
