About the role
We are looking for a bilingual Icelandic and English Solutions Consultant to join our team in Sofia. You will support users of a flagship digital app store and media platform, helping them with subscriptions, digital media and gPay services.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Icelandic‑speaking customers via phone, chat and email.
- Troubleshoot issues related to app subscriptions, digital media content and gPay services.
- Provide clear guidance and resolve user problems efficiently.
Required profile
- Fluent in Icelandic (C1/C2) and English.
- Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

What we offer
- Competitive gross salary of €1,945 per month.
- Full relocation support to Sofia.
- Three weeks of structured paid onboarding training.
- Shift schedule between 11:30 and 20:00.
