Junior Jira/Confluence Consultant with German

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Jira/Confluence Consultant who will help our customers in Germany and the DACH region optimise and scale their Atlassian collaboration tools. You will work with international teams to design, configure and continuously improve Jira and Confluence environments, ensuring they meet strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into tailored Atlassian solutions.
• Configure, customise and optimise Jira and Confluence instances.
• Conduct workshops and present technical concepts to clients.
• Provide day‑to‑day technical and organisational support throughout project lifecycles.
• Act as the primary contact for customer queries and ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• University degree or formal training in IT.
• Strong consulting mindset with a willingness to learn and advise customers.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English.
• Customer‑oriented, communicative and empathetic.
• Motivated to develop professionally and stay curious about new technologies.
• Team player with good organisational and prioritisation skills.
