Onsite IT Technician L2

About the role

We are looking for a proactive L2 Onsite IT Technician to deliver advanced technical support to end‑users at our customer sites in Sofia. You will work in an international environment, handling a wide range of hardware, software and AV tasks while ensuring high service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Independently resolve on‑site incidents and service requests.
• Manage end‑user onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Provide VIP customer support and act as hands‑and‑eyes for server/network teams.
• Perform imaging, re‑imaging, installation and configuration of laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Execute IMAC‑related tasks and support PC refresh activities.
• Deliver meeting‑room and AV support for Teams, Zoom and other vendor equipment.
• Maintain printer and multi‑function device support.
• Manage local stock and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Use the ticketing system to track and close tickets efficiently.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Windows 10/11 operating systems.
• Office 365 and common enterprise applications.
• LAN/WAN fundamentals and basic server‑room equipment knowledge.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
• Imaging/re‑imaging and hardware configuration (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
• AV equipment support (Teams, Zoom, other vendor solutions).
• Printer and multi‑function device troubleshooting.
• PC refresh and IMAC task execution.
